Loyalty Support Advisor (Heat Pump Leads)

What’s the Role All About?
As a Loyalty Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for Heat Pump consumer enquiries, whether they come in through our website, by phone, or via email. Your mission? Deliver a seamless, professional, and friendly service that leaves customers feeling supported and confident in our solutions.
You'll also work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure every customer journey is smooth, engaging, and efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead Management: Handle incoming Heat Pump enquiries from multiple channels
* Customer Communication: Respond quickly and professionally via phone and email
* Build Relationships: Connect with installers and customers to encourage loyalty and retention
* Support Sales: Assist on inbound loyalty lines and help drive customer engagement
* Reporting: Accurately record all interactions in Salesforce and update our lead platforms
* Collaborate: Work alongside Marketing, Area Sales Teams, and the End User to deliver excellence
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in customer service and/or outbound calling
* Resilience, patience, and a can‑do attitude
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Strong IT skills - comfortable using systems like Salesforce
* A confident, positive approach and a drive to succeed
