About Our Client
Our client is a Global Law Firm and this role will be based out of their Liverpool office. We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer/Admin to join the team and this role is a twice a week in the office. This role is working in a team of 10 and you will be the dedicated in house ServiceNow Developer.
Job Description
3. Be in house ServiceNow SME
4. Work alongside partners when needed
5. BAU issues
6. Oversee the overall management and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define platform requirements and deliver solutions.
8. Ensure the platform aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
9. Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
10. Monitor platform performance and address any operational issues promptly.
11. Develop and maintain documentation for platform processes and configurations.
12. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams as required.
13. Work closely with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
The Successful Applicant
Must haves:
14. 3+ years ServiceNow experience
15. Strong communication skills
