What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children aged 4-16 with SEMH needs in and out of class
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions under teacher guidance
* Assisting with lessons and helping students to engage positively
* Applying your knowledge of behaviour, motivation or physical activity
* Building relationships and being a positive role model for students
Who We're Looking For
* A graduate in Psychology, Sport, or any related field
* Energetic, resilient and empathetic - especially great for sporty, active personalities
* Committed to full-time school hours from August 2025
* A natural with children and young people - no school experience needed
* Willing to apply for (or already have) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
