EHCP Administrator 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year to cover term times Actual salary in the range of £27,133 - £28,839 per annum including London Weighting In this role, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating Education Health and Care Plans and annual reviews of the EHCP for individual learners.You will work in partnership with parents, practitioners and young people to ensure effective delivery of the service.You will be the contact point for parents, young people and SEND Caseworkers across our partner boroughs, and will be organise EHC planning requirements. You will ensure that Individual Support Plans reflect the EHCP, with ongoing liaison with both teaching and support staff. We are seeking a well-organised individual who can demonstrate: At least 2 years administrative experience gained in a busy environment, preferably within the education sector Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and apply rules and regulations accurately and effectively Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with individuals in other departments across the College and external stakeholders Good IT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software/MS Teams Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
