Care Assistant – Littlehampton & Surrounding Areas
£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

Pay & Benefits
* Guaranteed Hour Contracts Available
* £500 Joining Bonus
* Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
* Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
* Live-in care: £130 – £145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay (12.07%)
* Company pension (3% contribution)
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual
* Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Assisting with daily routines and maintaining a comfortable home environment
* Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
* Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
* Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling
* Assisting with medication reminders or administration (where trained)
* Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
* Accompanying clients to appointments or into the community
* Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
* Encouraging independence while promoting dignity and respect at all times
* Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
