AV ProgrammerCrestron Home & Lutron Smart Home / ResidentialLocation: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Crestron Home and Lutron Smart Home / Residential AV Programmer to join a growing smart home and residential AV specialist. This role will involve programming, commissioning, fault-finding, and supporting high-end residential projects across London and the surrounding areas.You will be working on premium smart home installations, delivering seamless user experiences across lighting, AV, control systems, and integrated technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming and commissioning Crestron Home systemsProgramming, commissioning, and integration of Lutron lighting control systems (RA2, RA3, HomeWorks)Supporting residential AV systems including audio distribution, video distribution, and home cinemaSystem testing, optimisation, and handover to clientsFault-finding and diagnostics of control and AV systemsWorking closely with installers, project managers, and clientsProviding post-installation support and system updates when requiredRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience programming Crestron HomeStrong experience with Lutron smart lighting systemsBackground in Residential AV / Smart Home integrationGood understanding of IP networking within AV environmentsAbility to fault-find and resolve system issues efficientlyProfessional, client-facing approachFull UK driving licenceDesirable (but not essential)Experience with Control4, Savant, or similar platformsExperience commissioning high-end residential projectsKnowledge of CCTV, access control, or HVAC integrationWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annumWork on high-end residential smart home projectsLong-term career progression with a growing businessSupportive team environment with technical autonomyCompany vehicle or allowance (if applicable)Ongoing training and developmentINDAVTPBN1_UKTJ
