Senior Business Improvement Consultant 6 months initially Hybrid 2 days in office in Gloucestershire Up to £700 per day (inside IR35 via Umbrella company) Working as a Senior Business Improvement Consultant for a leading FS company - you will be part of the Design and Improvement Team within their Architecture, Design and Experience division. The team uses Systems Thinking / Lean methodologies to improve end to end (eco-systems) business processes and deliver quality and value add processes. You will be working closely with Service Design and User Experience. This role will be focussed on the Investment value stream and specifically Market Abuse Review (MAR), Investment fund updates / changes and other key investment processes The role is instrumental in leading and implementing business improvement using Systems Thinking / Lean methodologies. Collaborating with senior stakeholders and helping influence transformational change for their end to end business processes to achieve greater effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability and overall operational excellence Your experience will include: Comprehensive understanding of the core principles of Systems Thinking or Lean (not Six Sigma) to apply improvement concepts to complex organisational challenges Highly competent in statistical analysis to ensure data driven decision making Building strong, trusting and authentic relationships with key stakeholders; using these interactions to help shape and influence a culture of service and customer centric transformational thinking Experience within wealth or investment will be highly desirable for this role, whilst not essential, Financial Services is a must! You will be required to be on site (at their Gloucestershire hearquarters) for two days per week - this is only commutable by car, so please make sure that this is possible for you before applying.
