We are expanding and seeking an experienced Consultant Family Law Solicitor to join us on a self‑employed, fee‑sharing basis.

About the Role
This consultancy role offers autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work. You will manage your own caseload independently while delivering high‑quality advice across all areas of private family law.
* Advising and representing clients in divorce, financial remedies, children matters, injunctive applications and nuptial agreements
* Managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Negotiating settlements and promoting conciliatory solutions
* Representing clients in contested proceedings where required
* Work from a location within a commutable distance of Reigate, Surrey, to meet clients at our head office when needed
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years PQE in private family law
* Strong experience in dispute resolution and court representation
* Excellent client care, communication, and case‑management skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* An empathetic, grounded approach with clear professional boundaries
