We are a specialist recruitment business partnering with a well-established retail client based in the West Midlands. Due to continued growth and investment in their digital channels, they are now seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale their online operations.

The Role
As E-Commerce Manager, you will take full ownership of online trading performance, digital strategy, and the customer journey. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimising conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth
* Manage and optimise the company website, merchandising, and product listings
* Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social
* Analyse performance data and implement improvements to increase conversion and average order value
* Manage third-party marketplaces and online retail platforms
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and operations teams
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar digital retail role
* Strong understanding of online trading, digital marketing, and performance analytics
* Experience with major e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
* Commercially driven with a data-led approach to decision-making
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
