As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Contact Centre Operator to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role:
As a Contact Centre Operator, you’ll play a key role in both reactive incident response and proactive monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring security systems, alarms, and CCTV feeds to detect and respond to incidents.
2. Escalating issues in line with protocols and liaising with internal teams and emergency services.
3. Conducting system health checks and reporting faults.
4. Supporting shift handovers and ensuring continuity of operations.
5. Providing first-line technical support for security tech.
6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
7. Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Person Specification:
8. We’re seeking someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and tech-savvy. Ideally, you’ll have:
9. Experience in a control room or similar environment (desirable, not essential).
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
12. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
13. A proactive mindset and high level of integrity.

Position: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota.
