Role Overview
We are building innovative products, with design at the core. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work within a small, agile team on our latest SaaS offerings. Your role involves both creating new features and enhancing existing products to unlock value. Proficiency in Figma, problem-solving skills, and a passion for impactful work are essential. You'll also leverage AI tools like Figma Make and Lovable for faster prototyping and validation.
Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery to UI delivery.
* Work directly in Figma—exploring, prototyping, and delivering high-quality designs.
* Enhance existing products and contribute to new developments.
* Utilize AI tools to accelerate testing and iteration.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams.
* Contribute to product strategy with design thinking.
* Maintain and evolve our design system.
* Share knowledge and promote design excellence within the team.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong UX/UI skills with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work.
* Proficiency in Figma—efficient, structured, and precise.
* Experience with SaaS and complex or data-rich interfaces.
* Pragmatic approach—know when to refine and when to move forward.
* Curiosity about integrating AI into design to enhance outcomes.
* Collaborative mindset—listening, challenging, and building with others.
