Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our team and work with schools based in South Bristol and North Somerset. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and the national curriculum, covering for planned or unplanned teacher absences.
* Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own when required.
* Support the well-being and progress of all students, maintaining good classroom behaviour.
* Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and seamless learning experience for students.
* Be flexible and available to work on short notice when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups is desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
