This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly dedicated individual to champion exceptional employee experiences throughout their journey with the company. You will drive and implement initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver insightful HR advice, guidance, and coaching to managers. Your expertise will be invaluable in generalist HR areas such as absence management, performance enhancement, investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution. Furthermore, you will provide crucial support to the Head of People on strategic change projects.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring any compliance requirements linked to HR and any GDPR HR specific data is compliant to our policies
Supporting our compliance team with audits, ensuring right to work & DBS checks are carried out in a timely manner
Ensuring that any changes to legislation are reported to the Operational Board and BOD in a timely manner
