The role includes cleaning residents' rooms, communal areas, dining areas and helping with food. You'll be a practical person with the ability to think and respond quickly. Training and development Whilst experience of working with older people and/or people living with dementia is desirable, it is not essential. If you wish to further proceed, full training will be provided.
