About The Role
Please note that this is a fixed-term role for six months, working on a full-time basis - 30 hours per week.
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. Your role will involve planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents, helping organize fundraising events, and encouraging social engagement among residents. You will do so with compassion and a positive attitude.

About You
You should have experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programs. Your positive energy, excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential. You should be considerate and kind in all interactions, and able to manage your time effectively.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, attend appropriate safeguarding training, and know how to report concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
