We are seeking someone experienced to join our dedicated and passionate team to provide therapeutic support to children in a 3 bed EBD home. This warm and welcoming home, located in a lovely suburban area of Early, provides a safe, structured environment. The home is led by a dedicated Registered Manager, who prioritises therapeutic and trauma-informed care for children between the ages of 11-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. By building nurturing relationships, fostering healthy attachments, and supporting the development of life skills, you and your team will ensure each child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. As Childrens Residential Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, working closely with the Registered Manager and staff team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care. You will support the effective running of the home, deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence and act as a positive role model for both children and staff. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure high-quality, child-centred support. They will need to have excellent working knowledge of risk assessment, care planning, The Childrens Homes Regulations as well of experience of leading a team.
