About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality Stock taker to manage inventory, conduct accurate stock takes. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations across our hotel group.
Key Responsibilities:
Stocktaking: Conduct regular stock audits for food, beverages, and retail supplies, maintaining precise records and identifying discrepancies. Develop and implement improved stock control systems.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all activities meet legal and company standards, and prepare detailed reports on stock variances, usage trends, and profit margins.
Collaboration: Provide actionable insights to reduce wastage and improve stock control.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in stock control, ideally in the hospitality industry. Experience of using Logonn software an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Excellent communication abilities.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel across our 6 sites. The role will require early mornings or late evenings depending on hotel requirements.
Desirable: Relevant qualifications in supply chain, or hospitality management.
