Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Nissha products and services.
* Develop strong relationships with NHSSC and other UK medical customers.
* Ensure all orders are processed efficiently in line with company SOPs & KPIs.
* Liaise closely with UK sales team, manufacturing & dispatch.
* Generate quotes and load new business opportunities.
* Maintain customer / account details.
* Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
* Analyse sales and create growth.
* Complaint Handling.
The ideal candidate will have/be
* Experience in customer service is desirable but not essential.
* Evidence of ability to work to a high level to promote products, generate sales and pursue opportunities.
* Results driven, motivated and organised.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Has ambition to achieve sales targets.
* Experience with internal CRM systems is preferred, as their use will be necessary for this role.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
* IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience of account management desirable.
