Role overview
This Bar Supervisor role involves delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our two venues.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the operations and supervision of the bar and staff
* Train, induct and mentor junior staff
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
* Ensure the smooth operation of the venue and delivery of events
* Assist in inventory management and restocking
Working pattern
* Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
* Zero-hours contract
About you
The ideal candidate for this Bar Supervisor role should have:
* Knowledge: Understanding of bar operations and customer service principles
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
* Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and loud environment
* Qualifications: No specific qualifications required. A great work ethic and attitude are a must!
