You even have the option to buy an extra week Birthday Delight: Take your special day off to celebrate YOU Free Parking Health & Wellbeing programme; including critical illness insurance The Role Scope ✨ Organise, lead and motivate the catering team across both Canteens at Moreton ✨ Ensure that staff maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, following Food Standards Agency procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times ✨ Ensure completion of all daily and weekly checks in line with Safer Food, Better Business (SFBB) ✨ Support the Canteen Manager in the training and development of staff, including use of vending machines, food preparation and compliance ✨ Monitor the quality of the product and service provided ✨ Support the Canteen Manager in the management of stock levels ✨ Assist the Canteen Manager in the ordering of food supplies / consumables and checking orders against delivery notes ✨ Keep accurate administrative records ✨ Assist the Canteen Manager in preparing weekly staff rota to ensure appropriate cover at all times ✨ Liaise with 3rd parties relating to canteen equipment faults and repairs ✨ Report and escalate issues to the Canteen Manager ✨ Support with Team management, RTW ect About You About you ✨ Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail ✨ Ability to lead and motivate staff ✨ Self motivated ✨ Good communication skills ✨ High level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy ✨ Must hold a full driving licence ✨ Must hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Supervisory Food Hygiene certificate About Us At MandM, our employees are driven by a shared commitment to excellence and making a real impact in the industry.
