This marketing manager role will sit within the marketing team, the role will be assigned certainrestaurants within the collection to own the entire marketing output for. The role will be responsible for liaising betweenoperations, multiple support functions (CRM, Digital, PR, Social and Creative) and of course the restaurants themselves.A mix of creativity, organisation and understanding of luxury is integral. Each restaurant has a unique brand and themarketing approach needs to be specific to that specific brand.

Key Responsibilities● Fully responsible for the creation and delivery of innovative brand specific yearly marketing plans which cover allrelevant marketing channels to that brand● Fully responsible for delivering marketing strategy by brand to agreed marketing budgets. Where furtherinvestment, support or budget is required, to lead on pitching for this.● Build and deliver on brand specific event programmes● Own briefing of both internal departments and external agencies (such as digital, CRM and creative), ensuring allprojects are delivered to schedule● Understand the commercial challenges and opportunities for each brand and adapt the activity to suit the needsof the business● Arrange and chair marketing meetings with all relevant departments, ensuring minutes are shared, taken andactioned.● Work with PR and social media teams to ensure both deliver as per brand requirements● Ensure all online and offline communications are befitting of the brand and driving sales● Post campaign reporting with a focus on return on investment and key performance indicators being met● Regularly meet, communicate with and work hand in hand with restaurant management● Lead a data-led approach to all marketing activity● Implementation of a marketing strategy that engages the corporate audience, with a focus on private dining● Support gift voucher and gift experience sales, working alongside sales and restaurant teams, for each restaurantbrand● Identify and drive brand premium collaborations and partnerships relevant to each restaurant brand. Role requirements● Two years minimum experience in a Marketing Manager position● Experience working within hospitality or similar industry● Experience working with premium brands● Experience delivering 360 marketing campaigns● Strong understanding of brand, digital, CRM, PR and social media● Process driven, organised and with a high level of attention to detail● Experience of presenting to internal and external teams
