Key responsibilities: * stripping vehicles prior to repair * removing and refitting panels, trim and components * identifying additional damage and reporting t o the workshop controller or vda * ensuring parts are stored, labelled and refitted correctly * working closely with panel and paint teams to meet repair deadlines * maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: * previous experience as a strip fitter or met technician within an accident repair centre or bodyshop * good knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes * ability to follow manufacturer repair methods * strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship * ability to work independently and as part of a team
