1. The Role
As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving construction disputes, advising on governance and risk, and supporting strategic claims management across the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on contentious matters and dispute resolution strategies
* Manage claims and liaise with insurers
* Support senior leadership with reporting and risk mitigation
* Deliver training and collaborate across business functions
* Help shape systems and processes to enhance legal efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
* UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
* Strong expertise in construction law disputes
* Experience in insurance matters is a plus
* Commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
