Location & Hours
Preston. 39 hours per week (Day shifts - 2 x 11-hour nurse shifts, 2 x 8.5-hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends).
Pay
£23.00 per hour. Overtime premium £2.00 per hour.
About the Role
We are recruiting a Nurse Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person‑centred care in a specialist nursing home.
You’ll lead a dedicated team, support residents with dementia and complex nursing needs, and ensure best‑practice standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to improving residents’ lives while fostering a supportive environment for staff.
