Each Adviser also works as a Student Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Adviser, contributing to our Support, Report, Respect provision, providing non-therapeutic support to students who are survivors of gender-based violence and hate incidents.
The ideal applicant will have experience of working in an advice setting and a sound understanding of the higher education sector. They will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about the delivery of accessible and inclusive advice provision. They should ideally have experience of handling disclosures of harassment, sexual misconduct, and other unacceptable behaviors. However, a full induction and training package will be provided to the successful applicant.
