About the Job
The Fence Construction Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a fence products installation crew in accordance with Lee Fence policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include on the job training of employees; planning, assigning, directing, and assisting with work; inspecting work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications; and, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The Fence Construction Crew Leader is also responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all company safety policies.
Requirements
* High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* 2 - 5 years of related fencing industry experience, commercial fencing experience ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Valid driver's license
* Candidates must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
* Selected candidates must be able to pass a drug test and physical as a condition of employment.
