We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Assistant/Reconciliations Clerk to join our finance to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.
As Accounts Assistant/Reconciliation Clerk you will be responsible for the following:
* Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
* Allocating payments
* Debtor reconciliation
* Identifying and reporting payment issues
* Assisting with the preparation of month end accounts
* Journal posting
* Query resolution and escalation
To apply you must:
* Have previous sales ledger / reconciliation experience
* Excellent MS Excel skills
* Have experience managing large sets of data
* Good verbal and written communication skills
