CSS are looking for Window Makers, ideally with a background in the industry, to join our well-established and reputable client based in Witham, Essex on a Temp to Perm basis.
Working hours;
6am - 2.30pm Monday - Thursday
6am – 2pm Friday
Duties include;
* Putting customer window packs together
* Attaching window furniture
* Glass inspection
* Using hand and power tools
* Measuring materials
* Keeping the Factory clean and tidy
* Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
* Some heavy lifting is involved
* Learning the assembly process from start to finish
* Working with various window manufacturing materials
* Learning all areas of the manufacturing business after Training
Successful applicants will have:
* Prior window manufacturing experience
* Hand and power tool experience
* Ability to work full time hours
* Own transport
* Good understanding of written English
* Experience of working in a large-scale assembly environment
