* Guiding and engaging your team to deliver excellent standards and results aligned with the Trading plan.
* Fostering a culture of learning, support, and recognition—identifying opportunities for personal skills, product knowledge, and self-awareness development.

* Promoting a sense of pride within the store to ensure safe and legal operations.
What our Store Leadership Team looks for:
* Recent retail (or similar) leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of KPIs such as ATV.
* Proactive leadership, hands-on involvement, and support on the shop floor.
* Flexibility to support other stores in the area when needed.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Experience in supporting employee training, development, and motivating teams to excel.
