What you’ll do
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, owning scope, timescales, budget, quality and outcomes.
* Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, benefits, KPIs, risks and dependencies.
* Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, adapting approach to context and stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with Partners, legal teams, business services, IT and third‑party suppliers.
* Apply effective governance, resource planning and financial control, managing cross‑project dependencies.
* Embed change management, adoption, training and benefits realisation into project delivery.
What we’re looking for
* Proven project management experience delivering complex change, operational improvement or technology projects in medium to large organisations.
* Background in professional services or regulated environments; law firm experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
* Demonstrable change management capability, including impact assessment, communications and adoption.
* Sound project management discipline, ideally supported by relevant qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM, PMP or similar).
* Organised, adaptable and commercially aware, with flexibility to work across offices and embrace hybrid working.
