Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing FinTech organization that specializes in digital payment solutions, financial software, and banking technology products.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in the financial technology sector.
* Identify and approach potential clients including banks, NBFCs, startups, and enterprises.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in an easy-to-understand way for clients.
* Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and improve product positioning.
* Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging FinTech innovations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FinTech, Banking, SaaS, or Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of digital payments, APIs, lending, or banking software is highly preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate technical product knowledge into client-focused solutions.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
