Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Bury Integrated Pain Service, a multi‑disciplinary pain service. You will work alongside advanced physiotherapy practitioners and receive additional training and support from the multidisciplinary team, including clinical psychologists, pain consultants, mental health advanced practitioners and liaison psychiatrists. The role involves managing patients on an individual basis and delivering multi‑disciplinary pain management programmes at locations across Bury.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will be either an experienced band 6 or existing band 7 looking to progress their careers and specialise in this area. The applicant must have extensive experience and evidence of the skills and training required for a band 7 pain post. They should demonstrate excellent bio‑psychosocial assessment skills and outstanding communication skills required to deliver pain management interventions. A band 6‑to‑7 training role will be considered if the applicant lacks the required experience.

* Co‑delivery of multidisciplinary pain management programmes
Working Patterns
The service is working toward a 7‑day model; therefore you will be expected to be flexible with working patterns including weekends, bank holidays and additional hours if necessary.
