Hospitality Manager at Family Entertainment Venue
Location: Manchester
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our team at a vibrant family entertainment venue in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house staff, including hiring and training.
* Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
