Are you an experienced Plasterer with a strong background in domestic and commercial maintenance?
This Facilities Maintenance company is looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their expanding team. You'll be working on a variety of sites carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works, delivering high-quality finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Responsibilities
* Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and rendering to a high standard
* Work on both void and occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants or clients
* Perform repairs and preparation work, including bonding, boarding, and filling
* Assist with minor multi-trade duties (e.g. basic painting or tiling) when required
* Maintain good communication with tenants, site managers, and the helpdesk team
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Plasterer (domestic or commercial environment)
2. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification preferred (experience also considered)
3. Full UK driving licence (essential)
