Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Client Focal Points who are responsible for non-operator accounts. In addition, the role will support activity that do not have a dedicated team but require a degree of control and oversight. Duties Include:
* Understand contract requirements and execute in line with demand.
* Oversight and supervision for smaller client contracts.
* Act as an escalation point for site resource planning.
* Oversight and coordination of Inventory clients including new energy clients and work in conjunction with the Warehouse Operations Manager to deliver contractual obligations.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Team and ensure adherence to all relevant procedures, legislative requirements and industry standards with specific focus on the adherence to the UK Oil and Gas Guidelines.
* Ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained, and that operational availability meets operational demand.
* Lead /Assist with the investigation of all service failures, incidents and accidents in order ensure a robust and auditable system of continual improvement.
* Ensuring the service from the team meets customer expectations, in conjunction with Service Level Agreements, KPIs.

* Previous supervisory experience
* Extensive experience of warehouse operations
* Supply chain and logistics experience.
* Understanding of HSSEQ legislation
* Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
* Practical understanding of data entry and reporting applications, specifically SAP warehouse transactions and processes
* Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail.
* Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities and emergency situations, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
* Motivated to achieve the highest standards of performance and customer support, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
