As a Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner, you will:
* Work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
* Supervise, support, and develop junior staff members
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and appropriate patient care and experiences
The Person:
To succeed as a Theatre Nurse / ODP / Scrub RGN, you will have:
* High levels of focus and engagement
* A passion for high standards and meticulous attention to detail
* Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC
* Excellent communication skills and strong teamworking abilities; flexibility and motivation are essential
