*Job Summary*
We are seeking an enthusiastic legal secretary/administrator to join our team at our Davidsons Mains office. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and will be keen to continue or develop knowledge to enable them to assist our solicitors as much as possible with their ongoing work.
*Duties*
* Organisation of files
* Transcription of solicitors' dictation
* Preparation and monitoring of invoices
* Preparation of LBTT returns
* Ordering searches and other legal documents
* Dealing with initial phone calls in detail
* Assist with administrative tasks using computerised systems
* Assist with general reception and phone duties in open plan office
*Experience*
The successful candidate should possess:
* Experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
* Experience of dictation transcription helpful
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
