Job Description The Job Mission This hybrid role is based near Bridgwater, requiring regular site presence, with relocation support available. You will lead the definition and delivery of access control systems for a major nuclear project and will translate user requirements into technical specifications and manage supplier delivery. Develop access control system architecture based on user and business requirements Produce detailed technical specifications to support supplier tendering processes Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure design alignment Oversee supplier design delivery ensuring compliance with technical specifications ️Manage design changes, risks and validation within controlled configuration environment ️Ensure integration of systems into wider building and infrastructure designs Review and approve technical documentation and system design deliverables ⚙️Support installation readiness and ensure smooth transition to site teams Coordinate with programme teams to maintain delivery schedule and milestones ✅Ensure systems meet operational, safety and security performance expectations
