Description
* Review and manage operational IT contracts within scope.
* Assess and recommend optimal procurement strategies (renewal vs. strategic sourcing).
* Leverage knowledge of available, fit-for-purpose frameworks to deliver compliant and cost-effective solutions.
* Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to inform decisions and secure buy-in.
* Report to and work closely with Senior IT Category Managers and/or the Head of Category Management.
Profile
* Proven experience in IT category management within a public sector or regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of National Framework Agreements and procurement regulations.
* Ability to make strategic decisions based on commercial, operational, and compliance considerations.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Job Offer
* Daily rate of £400 to £450
* Opportunity for a longer contract after 3-6 months
