Vospers, a trusted name in motoring across the South West, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our brand-new Omoda and Jaecoo showroom and manage our Approved Used Car Sales at our St Austell site.

Responsibilities:
* Leading our team of Sales Executives
* Managing customer service standards and making improvements.
* Managing and sourcing new and used vehicles from acquisition to allocation.
* Drive results and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
* Running promotions and sales events.
* Building a strategy by setting and reviewing targets for the business and auditing the results.
What we're looking for:
* A passionate and talented Sales Manager with experience within the motor industry.
* Proven track record in achieving car sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
* Motivated by increasing sales performance, profitability and leading your team to their success.
* Demonstratable leadership and people management skills.
* Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, motivational management style.
* Ability to work under pressure while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
