Hot Yoga Studio Lead / Co-ordinator

The Thames Club is a private members' health club and proud finalist for three industry awards in 2025. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Hot Yoga Studio Lead/Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running and continued development of our Hot Yoga and Reformer Pilates studios.
This is a key leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, proactive team management, and a passion for delivering outstanding group fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small team of reception and studio instructors, ensuring high standards of service and member experience.
* Manage studio performance, including staff rotas, timesheets, insurance documentation, and class cover.
* Coordinate and support instructors, providing feedback and guidance to maintain a consistent, high-quality programme.
* Oversee studio operations, ensuring both spaces are clean, fully equipped, and professionally presented.
* Manage studio communications, marketing content, and social media in collaboration with the wider team.
* Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and retail items; track sales performance and support campaigns.
* Plan and deliver studio challenges, incentives, and events to keep the timetable engaging.
* Proactively contribute ideas for improving member experience and expanding studio offerings.
* Collaborate closely with your manager, the Head of Fitness and other departments to support the wider success of The Thames Club.
About You
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with experience managing teams and co-ordinating a studio.
* Confident communicator with the ability to motivate staff and engage members.
* Knowledge of Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates, or holistic fitness is highly desirable.
* An Exercise to Music, Yoga, Pilates instructor qualification, or Assessor qualification would be an advantage.
