IT Support Specialist
Location: Primarily on-site (hybrid & flexibility available)
Salary: 35,000 - 55,000 DOE
Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00, Fri 08:00-12:30
The Opportunity

Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day IT support
* Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
* Liaise with MSP on escalations and improvements
* Support Microsoft Business Central
* Help improve IT processes (e.g. introduce ticketing system)
Requirements
* Strong Microsoft environment experience
* IT support background
* Business Central exposure (desirable)
* Cyber Essentials knowledge (desirable)
* Proactive, growth-focused mindset
