Account Director – Hard Services - Hospital Contract – Cambridge – up to 95k including package
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead our long‑standing PFI hospital contract in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all contractual, financial budgets, P&L and technical issues.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
* Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
* Recruit new staff required on sites.
* Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals.
* Manage client relationships on a daily basis.
* Manage all reports.
* Identify and pursue additional business opportunities that deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
Required Qualifications
* Fully qualified in either electrical or mechanical field to a recognised standard.
* Strong technical understanding within the building services environment.
* Experience within the healthcare sector, especially PFI.
* Proven experience at senior management level within a hard services FM environment.
* Proven background in managing budgets and P&L.
* Previous experience managing large engineering teams.
* Experience delivering service in high profile buildings.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and clients.
* Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise a demanding workload.
* Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

* Salary circa 90k.
