As a Credit Controller, you will…
1. Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
2. Ensure customer payments are received in accordance with account terms
3. Manage customer debt collection and returns process
4. Process invoices, credit notes, and allocate payments
5. Monitor and recommend credit limits for customers
6. Bank reconciliations
7. Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
