Teaching Personnel are currently working with a specialist SEN secondary school (Years7-9), based in Stoke-on-Trent. The school are looking for a full-time SEN Teacher to start after October half-term. About the role:
* Start-date: 3rd November

* Working with students Years 7-9
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to students with a range of SEN needs, including those with EHCP’s. You will develop and implement effective individualised learning plans, collaborating with the SENCO and external agencies to ensure every student is supported in and out of the classroom. Most importantly, you will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence, confidence and self-esteem.
What we’re looking for:
* QTS with a strong background in SEN
* Experience working with SEN pupils aged 11-14
* Strong knowledge of effective strategies which support students with ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the students and the staff
* A nurturing, resilient and proactive approach
