The Role Advise both landlords and leaseholders on a broad range of enfranchisement matters, including lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and collective enfranchisement. Work alongside surveyors, legal professionals, and property experts to deliver practical, commercially focused advice. Support residential property transactions where relevant. Be involved in business development, writing thought-leadership content, and contributing to marketing initiatives including seminars and events. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–4 years’ PQE in enfranchisement law. Strong technical background and proven experience in managing enfranchisement cases from start to finish. Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach. Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with a friendly and professional demeanour.
