Job Tittle: Lettings Administrator Pay Rate: £16.17 per hour Hours per Week: 37 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Location: Weston-Super-Mare Expected Length of Contract: 2 months We are looking for someone with strong administration experience to join our Lettings team as a Lettings Administrator for 2 months to support the team with daily administration and customer communications. Duties will include: Covering our duty inbox, responding to internal and external emails. Taking calls and arranging call backs to customers. Data entry. Closing down files and ensuring tenancy documents are filed correctly. The successful candidate will be/have: Excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain detailed records, and ensure all administrative processes are followed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance. Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Efficient in managing time to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work. Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel), and email systems.
