Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance
A successful manufacturing business based in Gateshead is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support its commercial and customer-facing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating information, and building relationships, and who is keen to progress within account management.

The Role
As Account Manager, you ll provide day-to-day support across customer accounts and internal teams, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring clients are kept informed.
Key Duties
Assisting with customer communications via phone, email, and client portals
Supporting senior Account Managers with account administration and reporting
Helping track orders, timelines, and project updates
Updating internal systems with accurate client and order information
Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and support delivery
Learning account management processes and best practice
About You - Account Manager
This role would suit someone with a background in customer service, administration, sales support, or coordination who is ready to take the next step into account management.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
