With 80% of production exported worldwide to companies such as Siemens and Sulzer, they are constantly expanding and growing the team.
This role will see the successful individual assemble a range of bespoke mechanical machines from general arrangement drawings. The right candidate will be familiar with a wide range of mechanical components from rolling element bearings to belt and pulley drive systems. It would be advantageous if the candidate had experience working within a QMS.

The Role:
* Assemble mechanical products in accordance with drawings, specifications and build procedures
* Highlight any non-conformance to the manager and ensure, in the absence of assembly drawings, other sources are used to ensure accurate assembly
* Use build sheets to ensure times and processes of build are adhered to, making notes as required
* Sign off each operation on the build sheet as they are completed
* Manufacture and fabricate bespoke parts in the machine shop when required
* Make modifications in conjunction with the design team, during build to facilitate the customer's requirements
The Person:
* Proven new machine build experience
* Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment
