Support Secretary - Surgical Specialities
To provide a professional and efficient support secretarial service for the Surgical secretarial and administration teams. This includes supporting clinical staff in different specialties within the directorate, in delivering a high-quality service for patients.
We are currently looking to recruit to multiple roles within surgical specialities across the Acute Division. Consideration of full and part time roles for the right candidate will be considered.
These roles will be working within dynamic office environments, supporting our experienced clinical teams to provide the very best possible service for our patients.
This fast paced role will provide the right candidate with daily variety and ongoing sense of achievement. Encompassed within a high quality administrative team, who will welcome new members to the department and support their development and understanding of the requirements of these exciting roles.
Full-Time and Part-Time roles available
Main duties of the job
* Provide a fast, accurate, comprehensive typing service to clinical specialties across the Acute Division
* Undertake compiling of letters using digital system TPRO
* Act up to the role of PA across the multiple specialities within the department during their absence; training will be provided
* Schedule appointments
